Quotes and bookings

Quotes are indicative, valid 48 hours and subject to availability; only written email confirmation makes an offer binding. We may decline a request and refund amounts already paid. Provide accurate passenger details and valid documents and meet health and insurance requirements.

Prices, taxes and fees

The confirmation lists what the price includes and what is excluded; mandatory taxes, tourist fees and local charges are payable as stated. Prices and conditions follow Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996 'On Advertising'.

Payment and financial protection

Payment uses the methods shown on the invoice; a deposit may be required, with the balance due by the stated deadline. Where a tour operator supplies the service, we give its name, service details and financial guarantees before contracting, per Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995 'On Tourism'.

Changes, refunds and complaints

Change, cancellation and refund rules and fees are in your confirmation under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 'On Electronic Commerce'.
