Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope and legal framework

This policy applies to orders and services on mutexpath.com, under the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 'On Electronic Commerce' and the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 'On Consumer Protection'. Consumer information is also provided in Ukrainian; this English text is supplementary.

2. Cancellation and amendments

You may cancel free of charge before performance begins. After it starts, only the undelivered part is refundable, unless the service was fully performed with your prior express consent. Amendments must be requested at least 48 hours before the agreed start; any price difference is confirmed in writing.

3. Non-refundable amounts

• Deposits marked non-refundable at checkout.
• Third-party fees already incurred on your behalf.
• Services fully delivered and accepted.

4. Refund timeline and method

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval. Bank processing may add up to 5 business days.

5. How to request a cancellation or refund

Send your order number, name, purchase date and reason through our contact form or to contact@mutexpath.com. We reply within 5 business days.

6. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints are handled under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 'On Consumer Protection'. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
